Download Per Mail offers the possibility to let users download files via registration per mail.
With this plugin, the backendusers can insert a predefined form into every post or page.
Frontendusers can now register theirselfes to download a file (which the backenduser has uploaded or used through the medialib). The Users get a link per mail on which they have to click to submit their registration and simultaniously get their download.
The downloadfiles are protected and only downloadable within registration.
In the backendinterface the backenduser can set a few constants. The mail subject and body of the mail, with which the frontenduser gets his link, a conversion-tracking-script, the texts to inform the frontenduser, if his registration was done and correct, or not. Then the uploadbutton, where the backenduser can upload a file or use a existing file and insert it into the post.
At the bottom the 20 latest email registrations with timestamp are listed. You can delete all registrations in the database and export all data via CSV.
When a user has registered for a download he will receive his download mail with the downloadlink. On top of that he will receive up to 3 more E-Mails, which the backenduser (admin, etc.) can define as well. Therefore 3 administationpanels are created in the backend. One for every follow-up email. You can/should also define the time after which the emails are sended, each individual. In every mail a unscribe-link is provided.
So users get files through a registration and receive up to 3 follow-up emails. Everything indiviually.
